End of RT Thursday, September 30, 2010 END of 2 mths of RT nth much changed i guess. The slip says it all...: Pull up : 1 ----------> point = 0 Sit up : 37----------> point = 4 Shuttle run : 11.1---> point =0 SBJ : 180cm--------> point =0 2.4km run :10:47---> point = 4 Total ---------------> point= 8 Result = failed try harder next time. most pts in a long time, yet failed in shuttle run... which was one of my strong pt last time. RT does help after all. running was pretty gd for my standard. all the little run here n there relli helps! sit up was a pain last time. but this time did 37 n feel relaxed. Target : Next time must clock shuttle run first. back to 4 points before working on my SBJ n finally pull up... must pass sooner or later one ! End of RT also means tues n thurs free liao can do work, can do PT, most impt can have time which i can decide wat to do! Wohoo.... Worries The Weekend Sunday, September 26, 2010 Wohoo... watched Chen Zhen at Cathay with the elders clique! Everyone was in black other than Peishan and Yoke Keong. Was quite funny acty. Swensen for dinner, cuz thats where the q was acty the shortest. Singapore relli everywhere oso crowded man! Ok the Show was pretty action packed. Although it changed from appealing nationlistic pride, into some personal vendetta btw the colonel and Chenzhen in the end. Zhen zi Dan relli damn fit, bod is damn gd. Half like him damn shuang liao. After this we went to eat tau huay at rocher beancurd before rushing to get the trains. Everyone was in a rush, luckily everyone made it back to the train. So noone need to spend money cabbing home! =D Sat went for session. It was orientation day for the new batch. A lot of new faces. Some will stay with us for the coming year or years. Other mabbe 1 or 2 times only. Nonetheless, had a good time playing games with them and getting to know some of them. This batch is smaller than the last batch, hopefully quality ones will shine through. One of the Blue group girls are quite enthu acty. Hopefully she will stay with us. Games wise, some body contact here n there, nth much the normal FOC that is found out there. Sure that all of them had a good time knowing fellow volunteers and knowing the centre well. After a super super long meeting, we went to eat at kimley. Quite filling, and also relatively cheap. Juz paid 10 bucks in the end =D. Next time got chance can come again ! Sunday started with RT as usual. Abel Eug n me went to al ameen to makan. Service damn poor n slow, the food is also so so only. Quite disappointed in the end. Next time shall continue to support Al Azhar bah. Back to hall mug 4011 a bit. Den it was dinner time with Coreen Lisha and Kimleng once again. AMK food exploration trip. Supported the hawker centre this time. Porridge was gd as usual. not bad sia, we managed to keep this weekly gathering going for 4 weeks liao le. Yet another chance =D. Week 5 coming up. Last week for RT. After that full blast ahead! Onwards to catching up with sch work. Tmr travelling to sch from AMK again! Dun change yourself to fit into the environment so much that you dun recognize yourself. Do express yourself. Do enjoy yourself. Do take care of yourself. Do what you think is right. 自作自受 Sometime people complain this complain that, end up they nv realise that they are acty responsible for whats is happening. In life we made choices that we stand by, and if we relli set ourselves upon it, you just have to suck it up and continue with it. Complaining doesnt relli help. When I heard about how a HI girl talk about how she acty have some feelings for the songsign partner. But felt weird when they were songsign very closely. Next she talk about one of her fren very readily accepted another guy, den say cannot like tt. Instead she say that she dun let the songsign partner guy successfully chase her.
