Nervous 90 mins Sunday, May 25, 2008 in 90 mins, pple can finish watching a soccer match, or catch a movie with friends, or travel to sch for me.... today in 90 min, starting from 2035, i walked to amk mrt bus stop, find out i din take my wallet, rushed back to the hawker centre. Nervous, hyped up, gan cheong, worried... Asked arnd shop keeper, cleaner n everyone, Noone saw anything... I asked my sister to pick me up. Dejected, disappointed, given up hope... On the trip home, my sis was suaning me like dunno wat, I was calculating how much money n time i need to spend.. feeling dumb, troubled and frustrated... Ringgggg...... Private no, Hello are you mr tan i m calling from DBS, ((thinking) so late call me for wat want me to renew my card ar.... no time la) can i connect you to Mr Low form Thomson NPP? Bemused,stunned, ?????..... Time passed: 60mins, Hello are you Mr Tan, someone picked up your wallet from AMK, can you come over to collect it now, cause NPP closing at 2200? "can can come over immediately" Happy, relieved, Hopeful.... took over the driving seat, flew to thomson, Searched for the NPP, cant find it... Shit muz try to find it. found a kopitiam, ask the uncle eh juz down the road only... Finally found it. Policeman passed me back the wallet... Thanked him repeatedly... Ms tay is the lady hu found my wallet! Wanted to thank her personally but he dun want to give me her number... sianned nvm still wanna thank her . Grateful, Thankful, relaxed... End of 90 mins, Started where i left off, Found my wallet, nv lose anything. Gained one benefactor, million thnx ... Not too gd to always go thru such roller coaster excitement... muz not be so careless again.... pray harder.... Once again wanna thank beloved ms tay for returning my wallet, whoever, wherever u are!!! THANKS |
