Chinese Orchestra Sunday, March 09, 2008 It has been close to 4 year since the Tian lai hui ying concert. Have been doing a lot of other stuffs these few years, have slowly forgotten most of the times tt i had in Chinese Orchestra. Originally didnt even want to go n watch NTUCO perform at SCH one, but decided to support Zhanxin who was performing. Truth to say i tot that the string section was the best section for this concert. Me n nico was dicussing about some of the songs that we played be4 or heard be4. Juz as i watched the performance, what went across my mind wasnt their performance , but rather many of the performance which i had with HCCO n TCHSCO. Memories, which had faded away. Ever since I came to NTU, I had repeated said that I probably wun join ntuco, becuz there aint many pple i noe in there and .... But after going to the concert, i will say not becuz of ntuco, I still find a part of me yearning to go back to Chinese orchestra. Of cuz i m very much commited to WSCE now, but i do feel that i m very much interested to be involve in some music. After learning violin for 6 year in p sch and 6 year in CO, does this connection break down now? Will ponder on this qn while this sem winds down... hmmm...... |
