Aussie here i come Sunday, November 19, 2006 Well going off soon in arnd 11 hrs to aussie for exercise... Hope tt it will be a gd exercise n i come back unscathed. The weather is bad n i hope tt all of us can stay healthy n have fun too... quite sianned tt i still need ot go over to aussie for execise even thou it is like 20+ days to ord... For my soccer bros hope tt u all win big in the competition while i m not arnd... all da best! Good luck to all those tt are having exams now in uni... will be joining u all soon... i will pray for gd results for all of u JiayouZ! Life dun give u 2nd chances Friday, November 17, 2006 first of all v happy to reach 100th post for my blog... anyway, was quite a sad week for the platoon, 2 guys were sent to db for some dishonest act. Muz say tt they are quite suay to be caught, nonetheless, they paid the price for their action, hope this does not happen again. Shall not discuss hus fault it is here. Although their action did not relli qualify as cheating, the superior did not relli give them a chance. 3 day in db can still be considered good to the superior but i think it relli affect the future of the guys. Heard tt their rating in army will also be dipping below gd. Which is relli rubbish for such a small thing they have done. They rather send them in for 3 days oso dun wanna give them SOL, juz becoz they still want them to go to wallaby. They destroyed the future of 2 guys, rather they din save them... Saw them came back to company botak n shag, especially J. Shall not say the same for G. Hope that they can get over this event n move on. The camp Wednesday, November 15, 2006 It has been more than 12 mths since i came ot jurong camp. everything seems so familiar to me. The cookhouse, the road, the bn square, the MSVP... everything tt was there was taken for granted all the while. As the clock ticks down to the final few hours in jurong camp, i started to think that i will relli miss this place. Going to breakfast together wif ah la, n eugene, i felt a bit sad and also nian nian bu wang. The atmosphere was v quiet, too quiet to be exact. We din relli speak to each other as we finished our breakfast. As i walked past the cookhouse auntie again, i wanted to go over to thank her for her services all these while. The tots of leaving this place of pretty memories... i felt empty... Node Prof Test Friday, November 10, 2006 IT happened on mon tues n wed. There wasnt relli any pressure for us to perform for this test. It was like both can have or cannot have thing for the platoon. Nevertheless, my node still did our best. Cant say tt our performance are relli the best arnd but i think the spirit n team cohesion is there le... The exercise was tiring n shag, both physically n mentally, but the detachment was doing pretty fine. Nv eat much as dun relli liek comabt ration but was holding up well. The accessor was asking a lot of qns of us n oso taught us some stuffs. +the rain was beating down while we were doing drills, which make it doubly shag. By the third day, we were all dirty n rugged, but happy n relieved that the toughtest test was passed. The most impt part was perhaps that we felt tt we relli did our best, n was proud of wat we achieved. The ops badge was given to us during the parade at arnd 7, offically siganlling tt we were full fledged operational platoon le. During the parade, a lot of us were already haf asleep, but was kept awake by the adrenaline of getting the ops batch. I was proud to be able to wear this badge finally. Juz have to wait to see wat status we will be getting... hope it will e recon one, which will be a gd result to give to our NW... memories Sunday, November 05, 2006 Sometime the harder u try to remember somethings... the easier u forget them... insensitive commanders Friday, November 03, 2006 Booked out today n was damn shag due to all the damn diving arnd... Muz have driven for more than 100+ km today... I haven complete my round island 140+ to go... Was told to go home n come back on sunday to clear it. On the way home, suddenly comes a phone call frm coy line... "hello got good news n bad news for u, first sunday no need to bk in so early, bad news is tmr morning bk in to clear round island." I was pretty pissed off by this act of inconsideration. It is not like my house is haf hr away. yet they simply asked me to bk out n in few moment, ask me to bk in the next day... Thinking tt i m relli too free for this... somemore sunday mabbe oso need to bk in to help out... Damn the commanders... 1.5 mths to ORD........ |
