have been having a backache for quite sometime
ever since the last ippt i took.
been to sinseh for 2 time liao,
but it seems tt it is not getting much better.
Was wondering if it is ever going to recover.
Hope tt it will get better after resting it for quite a while,
Dun wanna suffer when going for npt,
dun wanna sabo other pple la i guess.
Muz try to get my fitness level back none the less...
