From a person hu nv ever run 1.6km in P sch nafa, to one hu failed repeatedly in sec sch,to finally passing 2.4 in JC, it has been a totally different experience to do all these running.
Running more than 20 min then can lose weight... Perhaps this is the reason y i did actually start to run. The most pia time of my life was during jc period where i was running nearly every other day morning for ippt. It was also this period of time where i relli start to like to run. It was more than juz mundane running,i relli enjoyed the wind blowing against my face.
Nowadays, i dun relli run tt much, becuz i m...slacking... cant relli find the discipline to continue this habit... luckily now there is the BN run to keep the fitness level there. Perhaps in AHM then i can relli test out how much i can relli run n how much i can tahan until... till then, hope tt i will be abt to keep up wif the practices n improve my timings...
