TV show : "San Geng" Saturday, June 03, 2006 this is a boring boring friday as usual... watched the movie on chnl u, but missed the first part abt the doll one.. nevertheless caught glimpses of the thai doll one. Quite scary i think, or mabbe it is juz the corelation of fear of another race. But the best part of the show is perhaps the last segment, abt leon lai one. It says abt a guy hu kept n preserve the body of his wife for 3 years, to get rid of the cancerous cells n ty to revive her. It may seem quite rubbish n stupid. and zeng zhi wei comedian come n act this show liek not relli convincing. The guy everyday washes wife wif solution n clean her groom her n even talk to her in the mirror. Realli is love has no boundaries sia. The total commitment the couple have, relli n truly go past the phrase "Thou death shall separate us". The guy was killed in the end after being knocked down by car. The most sentimental part of the movie is the tape which records the wife talking abt their relationship, which is simply touching. The final twist is tt the video actually captures tt the wife was doing exactly the same thing to leon in the end. Which of cuz signifies the cycle continues, but in the end, showed a scene where leon n wife n kids finally come tog for a family foto. Despite a weird ending, muz say tt this show was pretty touching n makes me think abt the true meaning of love, commitment and cherishing others arnd u. |
