Downfall Sunday, June 19, 2005 2nd time cheong movie at nite wif frens liao le... stupid tt I forgot tt I was at lido in the end lame arnd at lido be4 rushing to cine to watch movie... was thinking tt perhaps they are going to see mabbe Smith or batman, in the end phua yeong heng wanted to watch downfall.... as the title suggested, it was our downfall sia... It was abt Hilter last moments in his bunk n his fervoish confidence which failed him badly, and his conviction of not surrendering, died by poisoning n shooting himself. It was a rather interesting n infomative movie I muz say, thou not relli with entertainment value, a bit disappointed i guess at this lame choice of movie. it was so boring tt Joseph ended up falling asleep during the show, but it was relli a very tiring experience. After tt, went over to Joseph hse to... Also dunno do wat wasted some time there, be4 going home.. lame outing i guess, but heck care la at least spent some time away... Stagmont All da way Friday, June 10, 2005 Finally the day has come... POsting day, fucking excited n anxious lor.... but also a bit numb le bah i guess, cuz no command sch n wat shit (cuz no ippt pass) so more or less also given up liao le... Due to my motto of being either the v best like wat i try to be in BMT, to get to command Sch, to now i try to be the v slackest... Of cuz i wished to get into the posting of signal, considered one of the slackest one can get. A bit tuo lo, but heck care la no choice since army career got such a turn. But still quite happy tt din get into watever RP and driver, relli will beng kui if tt happens. In the end happy to see tt i relli got into signal, but a v unfortunate thingy abt signal is, the camp is damn far away liek 1.5 hr away. Beginning to sound like trip to NTU le, getting desparate i guess can't stand it lor, even thou thruout my life i have been travellig to sch at 1 hr trips. Heard tt a lot of pple kenna signal with me... Hehe like tt song got a lot of frens there especially tt some of my best platoon mates are in the sch wif me, like Eugene, Teck. Hope tt iwll have a great time there together wif them.. Cheers!!! Merlion trip Saturday, June 04, 2005 Wat the hell sia Merlion trail for NS pple... trying to foster wat shit loyalty to country again bah i guess... nvm, met at pasir ris... nice to see the guys again the environment on bus is shiok like siao sia... First went to Newater Plant.... learn how they make shit water out of waste water... quite lame actually as can reaed on news paper n stuff, but quite interesting still learn quite a lot frm the trip... all the hardwares n stuffs, never saw them be4... went thru the process n wat happen then got the stupid show... then got lotsa "FAN-----TASTIC", coming frm the mascot, a bit irritating but lucky she chio so nvm i guess.. Next was the cannon thingy, tok pic on the cannon, wif azhar... nice sia then saw how they move the cannon... quite unrelted to our lives but still relatively nice the display in the guard rm was interesting but kenna chased away by PC sian haf way... Perhaps the most interesting part of the trip was the museum, n murel relli got to understand the lives of the pple at the time.. hardship n stuff. The relicas was real one n can really examine them closely, the time/map gave us more insight to wat happen during the invasion that give us a very gd mapping out of the whole set of events.. pretty informative i guess the trip thou sometimes a bit boring, but it was relatively interesting.. POP loh Friday, June 03, 2005 Sad to say POP liao le.... really gonna miss lall the fun n games in Pulau Tekong... Like the Bunk ,my frens, many many pple whom i play n have fun with together... It can be said tt it is good to outgrow this place... we have learnt n grow at this fun place.. we had loved n hated this place We breathed the very air of tekong for 6 mths... And suddenly, we are going to leave this place... Frm te safety n warmth of all our sergeant n Sir,or even our beloved CSM... to the cruel n unyielding environment outside... Well no choice army beckons us to move on frm this 2nd home... hope to see it again soon |
