Commitment... Sunday, February 20, 2005 Today went thru the Ippt specsific trng for the 2nd time... It may be juz a normal PT to others but definitely not for me... Was going thru the station n reach the SBJ station... tucks jump was the thing to do ... everybody jumped... so did I... then suddenly there was a outburst frm Srgt Koh... To ask us to put more effort into trnging n not to slacken.... guess he was talking abt others so i din give a damn.. i mean i m commited to trnging n stuff... cant be saying me rite.... the next time we jumped... "Sir Seng, got put in effort or not?" !!! I was shell shocked.... Did i juz heard my name??? Srgt actually questioned my commitment to trnging... I was struggling to get to grasp wif reality abt wat has juz happened... Of cuz i immediately replied GOT.... perhaps the srgt din expect me to give a direct n quick reply to his questioning.. he got a bit stunned or wat.. but recovered N said tt He din se any effort eing put in.. I lan lan there suck thumbs lor oso dunno how to reply... Muz say tt i m quite devastated by his comments.... Disappointed n mabbe even disillousioned.... This set me thinking..... Wat the hell is commitment??? Did i relli din put in effort for trng... dun relli understand.. wonder y did i put in so much effort into NS for wat.... i question myself thurout the IPPT spec trng... Perhaps the long time in trng did slacken me already... i guess i need to put in more effort in trng for the upcoming trng N prove to myself n all the Srgt n Sir out there... I M COMMITED.......... |
