Visionary leaders
It takes a mature, selfassured, confident and visionary individual to be receptive to critism and take feedback positively in his persuit of personal and professional excellence
1)Caring for teammates and inspiring loyalty and team spirit
2)Knowing those on the team well and getting the right people to fill the right job
3)Encouraging, empowering and trusting those whom jobs have been delegated to.
4)Accepting individual differneces n limitations and allowing room for mistakes to be made
5)Coaching effectively to help one realise his potential, envisioning tmr success with stuff n groom them to be better
6)Adapting one's management style to suit differnet individual
7)Fighting for teammates and giving them the credit they deserved 8)Celebrating success and hard work 9)Creating platforms for ideas to be heard and implemented and abolish bad system 10)Evaluate feedback but make no judgement about the person who spoke up
